Qualifications: Current applicable Nevada professional licenses in good standing and a Nevada business license are required.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and professional liability of $1 million per claim/$2 million aggregate; workers’ compensation unless exempt. Additional auto and cyber coverage may apply based on services offered.
