What the job is
Routine service: Monthly interior and exterior pest control, including insects, rodents, and exterior stinging insects. Include all labor, chemicals, supplies, equipment, traps, and bait stations.
Scope Arena: Repeating four-week schedule with service in weeks one and three, covering approximately 9,000 permanent seats, portable seating, dressing rooms, meeting and exhibition spaces, and support areas.
Chrysler Hall: Service in weeks two and four, covering seating, stage, rehearsal spaces, dressing rooms, and support areas, plus weekly rodent control.
Rodent control: Interior and exterior coverage at both venues, including parking garage levels one and two with permanent bait stations every 100 feet; include entry-point sealing and sanitation for infestations.
Response and scheduling: Two-hour response for urgent calls during and after business hours; requested routine callbacks included at no additional charge. Fogging and bed bug treatments require after-hours service.
Qualifications and pricing: Virginia pest control license and a full-service Hampton Roads office required. Provide monthly pricing per facility and separate rates for fogging, bed bugs, bait stations, emergency calls, rodent, termite and fire ant infestations, and after-hours service.
