What the job is
Areas: Buildings 3, 5, B5 Annex, 9, 10, and 14; offices, common areas, corridors, stairwells, recreation spaces, and staff/community bathrooms. Excludes patient areas, mechanical/electrical areas, and locked storage rooms.
Schedule: Monday–Friday service coverage, typically 5:00 PM–1:00 AM; listed routine cleaning tasks Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Weekend and holiday service as needed.
Cleaning: Dusting, surface disinfection, interior window cleaning, water fountain cleaning, restroom cleaning/disinfection, and dispenser restocking.
Floor care: Semiannual carpet cleaning and hard floor stripping, waxing, and refinishing in designated areas.
Supplies and staffing: Provide labor, supervision, equipment, chemicals, and supplies. Use approved List N products; no bleach, ammonia, or aerosols. Background checks and facility training may be required.
Pricing: Monthly price per square foot for each of four years, plus separate carpet/floor care rates per square foot and hourly rates for on-call and additional work. On-call arrival within two hours is required.
