What the job is
Kitchen systems: Six hoods across two systems, approximately 60 ft and 24 ft long, with four wall-mounted up-blast fans fixed without hinges. Degrease hoods, filters, plenums, grease troughs/cups, fans, and accessible ductwork; inspect fan operation. Service per NFPA 96.
Dryer systems: Seven dryers with 8-inch ducts across two laundry rooms. Three dryers exhaust through two first-story rooftop mushroom fans; four share a rectangular duct and hopper exhausting through the north wall.
Dryer cleaning: Every three months, clean all venting and dryer interiors, inspect exhaust systems, and check airflow before and after cleaning. Follow NADCA standards under a certified Air System Cleaning Specialist.
Completion: Include work-area cleanup, written service and deficiency reports, and cleaning certificates for both services.
Access and pricing: Include time for escorted entry/exit and tool inventories. Personnel clearance forms are required five business days before access. Coordinate service around a 24-hour kitchen operation; quote pricing per service visit for a five-year service term.
