Stickers: Reflective, self-destructing material with embedded holographic watermarks, at least one image per sticker, and three-year durability and warranty. Provide at least 10 distinct colors, including white, with magenta, orange, and blue matching existing production colors.
Equipment: Supply 10 Zebra ZT Series industrial printers or equivalent, Ethernet connectivity, software integration for simultaneous sticker and registration printing from PDF data, card separation equipment, and UV-stable black ribbons or ink.
Included services: Equipment remains vendor-owned and is provided without separate rental charges. Include installation, training, maintenance, technical support, and consumables in per-card pricing.
Timing and samples: Equipment setup and testing within 15 business days of award; material delivery within 45 business days of order. Provide product data sheets, a 10-color swatch card, completed double-sticker card samples, and a 10-card fanfold sample stack.
