Operators: Side-mounted jackshaft, 1/2 HP, 115/230V single-phase, equal to LiftMaster Logic 5.0, with emergency chain hoist, three-button control station, and one remote per door.
Safety and hardware: Include LiftMaster LC36M 36" monitored light curtain per door, monitored photocells at 6" and 32" above floor, cable safety stops, springs, weatherstripping, and heavy-duty galvanized tracks.
Installation: Include all materials, equipment, labor, final operator electrical connections, low-voltage wiring in EMT, field measurements, and operational testing.
Schedule and warranty: Complete by April 8, 2027; include at least a one-year parts and labor warranty.
