What the job is
Quantity: 15,000 copies of the 2027–2028 chart, with no underrun; price additional orders in increments of 1,000.
Cartography: Develop accurate, current mapping from the latest FAA sectional charts at 1:500,000 scale, using FAA colors and details. Print the southern and northern halves on opposite sides with approximately 1/2-inch overlap, including required photos, text, legend, and insets.
Size and folding: 23 × 49 inches trimmed; nine vertical folds and one horizontal fold to a finished size of 5 × 11-1/2 inches.
Materials and printing: 60 lb. synthetic paper meeting JCP O-91 or equivalent, folding endurance of 4,000, minimum 91% opacity, and maximum 25% gloss; soybean-based ink and four-color printing.
Proofs: Folded, trimmed blue-line proofs plus Matchprint or equivalent color proofs within 10 business days of receiving prepress materials. Include hourly revision pricing and per-page proof remake charges.
Packaging and delivery: Bundles of 25, eight bundles per labeled carton, secured on wooden pallets. Include freight and delivery within 180 calendar days after receipt of final photos and letter.
Service period: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions.
