Shipments: Pickup and delivery of letters, parcels, materials, and clinical and environmental samples weighing up to 100 pounds.
Service levels: Recurring scheduled routes and on-call STAT, 3-hour, 6-hour, next-day, and weekend services, with after-hours and holiday availability as needed.
Coverage: Please identify the areas and service types you can support; partial geographic coverage is welcome.
Sample transport, if offered: Temperature-controlled handling, secure transport, and chain-of-custody documentation using trained drivers.
Pricing: Provide scheduled-route and on-call rates using one-way loaded miles only, with all additional fees itemized separately.
Service period: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2028, with possible extensions of up to three additional years.
