Schedule: On-call services through June 30, 2028; quantities are estimates. Vault toilet response required within 48 hours, or 24 hours for emergencies, with service between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Service requirements: Current MPCA SSTS license, leak-proof equipment, power mixing of scum layers, compliant waste disposal, and removal of trash in and around vault toilets.
Pricing: Include all labor, equipment, transportation, disposal, permits, and taxes; rates must remain firm through the service term.
