What the job is
Area 2 – Shop: Remove 24 trees at 9675 170th St E.
Area 3 – Day Use: Remove 43 trees and trim 3 trees at 9700 170th St E; complete this area first.
Area 4 – Main Campground/Dump Station: Remove 23 trees and trim 1 tree at 9700 170th St E.
Removal and cleanup: Flush-cut marked trees, remove dead or failing limbs from designated trees, and haul all trunks, branches, and limbs to the designated burn pile approximately ¼ mile east of the main park address. Repair any ground disturbance.
Schedule and safety: Work Monday–Thursday after authorization to begin; finish by December 3, 2026. Provide spotters and warning signs, leave areas safe when unattended, and keep all areas open on weekends.
Required site visit: Complete by October 26, 2026, and sign in at the Visitor Center. Verify tree quantities and site conditions during the visit.
Pricing: Provide a separate lump sum for each area, including labor, equipment, transportation, permits, insurance, taxes, and cleanup.
