What the job is
Dates: January 27–28, 2027, and January 26–27, 2028; setup access from 5 PM the day before each conference.
Meeting space: Private general session room for 230 with round-table seating and Wi-Fi; semi-private 50 × 50 ft registration area with three skirted tables, four chairs and secure storage; private mothers' and prayer rooms. Casino venues are excluded.
Lodging: 60 single-occupancy rooms per night for January 26–27, 2027, and January 25–26, 2028, with check-in beginning at noon.
Catering: Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch with dessert, afternoon snacks and all-day coffee, tea, ice water and soda/sparkling water for 230 each conference day; vegetarian and low-fat options and dietary accommodations required.
AV: Minimum 12 × 12 ft projection screen, minimum 5,000-lumen LCD projector, podium, lavalier and handheld microphones, speakers and on-site technical support.
Parking and access: 225 parking spaces; lodging, meeting space and parking within ¼ mile of each other or shuttle service provided. Accessible facilities required.
Pricing: Itemize each year's lodging, meeting space, catering, AV, parking/shuttle charges, taxes and cancellation fees. Room and meal quantities are estimates with no guaranteed minimum; rates must remain firm if attendance is lower.
