What the job is
Dates and attendance: April 13–15, 2027, or April 20–22, 2027; approximately 220 attendees.
Lodging: Up to 220 single-occupancy rooms per night for two nights.
Meeting space: A private classroom-style room for 220, four private breakout rooms, registration space, and a separate dining area.
Outdoor space: An exclusive, equipment-suitable area of at least 100 by 100 feet.
Food and AV: Two breakfasts, one lunch, two dinners, refreshment breaks, beverage service, Wi-Fi, projection, microphones, sound equipment, and on-site technical support.
Access: Ample parking; lodging, meeting space, and parking within one-quarter mile of each other, or shuttle service.
