PipingReplace associated piping, valves, fittings, expansion tank, air separator, and glycol feed equipment; include required concrete pads.
AccessTemporarily remove and reinstall ice storage tanks, piping, supports, grating, and intake components. Include chiller disassembly and reassembly through the areaway with manufacturer oversight and recommissioning.
ControlsReplace chiller plant and cooling tower controls, integrate system operation, and modify refrigerant monitoring for R-513A. Include associated electrical connections and startup.
Site visitMandatory walkthrough November 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time at the project address.
