Planning and engagement: Work planning, community needs assessments, stakeholder outreach, workshops, office hours, and individual assistance.
Technical assistance: Zoning implementation, housing trusts, occupancy restrictions, workforce and artist housing, housing needs assessments, residential property tax tools, and grant funding navigation.
Coordination: Partner referrals, project management, reporting, and feedback on implementation barriers.
Field services: Regular in-person assistance plus remote support, including ferry travel and evening meetings as needed.
Schedule: Anticipated start in November 2026, with an initial term through approximately June 30, 2027.
Quote breakdown: Provide hourly rates and estimated hours by task using either individual staff rates or blended rates, plus travel time and itemized direct expenses. Total available project funding is $175,000.
