What the job is
Course installation: Install Catwalk, Dangle Duo, Lily Pads, Swing Shot/Flying Squirrel combination, Vertical Playpen, two belay cable assemblies, five leap anchors, three platforms and four signs. All poles, anchors and course components are owner-furnished.
Equipment and labor: Include supervision, mobilization, auger truck, rough-terrain boom lift with operators, rigging, ground protection and incidental materials. Coordinate installation with Project Adventure and follow approved details and ACCT standards.
Removal and cleanup: Remove existing tree-mounted Catwalk, Dangle Duo and Space Loops, plus Pamper Plank if feasible; dispose of debris, rough-grade disturbed areas and support acceptance inspection. Finish landscaping and independent inspection fees are excluded.
Pricing requirements: Include prevailing wages, weekly certified payroll, insurance and a 50% payment bond for a total price above $25,000.
Schedule: Anticipated start October 28, 2026; completion required by December 18, 2026. Site visit: October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
