What the job is
Engines: One each Mercury Verado V350CXL CF 6.4, V350XL CF 6.4, and V350XXL CF 6.4, 350HP V10, or approved equivalent, with a three-year commercial unlimited-hour warranty.
Vessel handling: Transport the approximately 27,000-pound vessel using your hydraulic trailer, store during installation, and relaunch. Remove three existing 400HP engines, secure on pallets, and deliver to the customer.
Installation: Mount and rig all engines to SAFE Boats International and Mercury specifications with new harnesses and rigging; no reuse of L6 Verado components.
System replacements: All USCG A1-15 fuel lines, fuel sending units, 19-strand marine-rated battery cables, fuel/water separators and filters (8M0082291), and hydraulic steering pump and actuators.
Equipment: Three keyed-alike Mercury key switches, Generation C steering pump, OEM stainless mounting bolts, three stainless four-blade propellers, three marine-rated 12V batteries, VesselView monitor, and triple-engine ERC (8M0133244).
Testing and service: Fluids, helm synchronization, system checks, on-water tuning and propeller adjustments, plus factory break-in/20-hour service for all three engines, including parts and labor. Include consumables and hazardous materials disposal.
