Buildout: Turnkey delivery including design, permits, accessible facilities, finishes, electrical, Category 6 cabling, and security systems. Workstation furniture supplied by the tenant.
Parking: 18 spaces, some accessible 24/7/365; identify included spaces and any additional charges.
Services: Include utilities, janitorial service, maintenance, taxes, and operating expenses in a preferred gross rental quote. Office HVAC required Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; dedicated IT-room cooling at no more than 70°F and monitored security required 24/7.
