Schedule: January 2027–December 2029, with nightly tours required April 15–November 15 each year.
Hours: Entry after 6:00 PM; exit Copp’s Hill by 9:30 PM and Granary and King’s Chapel by 10:55 PM.
Group size: Maximum 30 customers per tour, accompanied by a guide at all times.
Operations: Provide pathway lighting, keep visitors on paved paths, remove tour litter, safeguard keys, and lock sites after visits.
Content: Historically accurate, informative, entertaining tours; include a sample script and proposed sights.
Pricing: Ticket-funded operation with a minimum $5 per ticket site payment. Include ticket prices, proposed per-ticket payment, operating schedule, and estimated annual ticket sales.
