Deliverables: Diagnosis report, draft and final editable Word documents, graphics and tables, an accessible electronic version meeting WCAG 2.1 AA and Maryland Nonvisual Access standards, and 30 bound copies.
GIS: Provide parcel-aligned maps and layers with topology, ArcPro-compatible files, a File Geodatabase with FGDC metadata, and PDF maps sized for 24 x 36 and 8.5 x 11 printing.
Schedule and pricing: Anticipated 18-month project with monthly progress and cost reports. Provide an all-inclusive lump sum covering travel and printing, plus fully loaded hourly rates by staff role for additional work.
