What the job is
Scope: Collision repairs, body panel repair or replacement, frame and structural repairs, refinishing and painting, and glass replacement.
Facility: Licensed repair shop within a 25-mile radius of the fleet location, with at least 600 square feet, a paint booth accommodating light-duty vehicles, and secure vehicle storage.
Qualifications: At least five years of vehicle body and paint repair experience and two full-time body/paint technicians with I-CAR certification.
Pricing: Provide an hourly body repair labor rate, including travel, mileage, overhead, and miscellaneous costs. Identify separately chargeable parts and materials. Rates must remain firm from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028.
Warranty and coverage: Minimum one-year workmanship and materials warranty and garage keepers liability coverage of at least $50,000 per vehicle being repaired.
