What the job is
Services: As-needed audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, technical direction, scenic/CAD design, and production staffing beginning June 1, 2027.
Dinner estimate 1: Union Station, 150 guests; reception and dinner PA, microphones, music playback, crew communications, uplighting, and stage wash. Include scenic concepts and price optional gobo lighting separately.
Dinner estimate 2: Van Munching Hall, College Park, 100–110 guests; reception and dinner audio, lighting, 70-inch or larger monitors, presentation switching, stage with railed stairs, photo area, draping, and custom scenic prints.
Commencement estimate: Reckord Armory, College Park; May 12–22 service period with four show days. Include complete PA and microphones, cameras and livestreaming, two main screens, two floor-standing monitors, stage lighting, distribution from a supplied generator, and floor protection.
Pricing: Provide separate illustrative estimates for all three events, including equipment, labor, delivery, setup, testing, operation, and removal. Identify assumptions, exclusions, and optional costs.
