What they need

ScopeWelding for new projects, maintenance, and repairs throughout terminals, skywalks, garages, parking areas, and outbuildings.
TermUp to three years; work hours are not guaranteed.
QualificationsAt least five years of commercial welding company experience and welders certified in Maryland; please include welding certifications.
ResponseRespond and schedule a site visit within one business day of notification, provide a proposal within one business day after the visit, and start within one business day after approval and receipt of materials.
PricingProvide hourly rates for each of the three years: regular hours Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and overtime for nights, weekends, and holidays. Include tools, consumables, vehicles, equipment, overhead, and profit. Job-specific materials are reimbursed at actual cost; travel time is unpaid. Bill in 15-minute increments with no minimum hours.
Insurance$1 million each for general liability per occurrence, auto liability per accident, and employer’s liability, plus statutory workers’ compensation.
