What the job is
Estimated annual volume: 120 tons of TVs and monitors, including CRT and flat-screen displays; 110 tons of mixed electronics; and 50 trailer shipments. Quantities are not guaranteed.
Equipment: Provide separate trailers for electronics and CRTs, each at least 48 feet long with an 8-ton minimum capacity, plus pallets and Gaylord containers.
Pickup: Collect within three business days of notification, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Cover loads and transport directly to the recycling facility; no onsite sorting, shredding, or alteration.
Certification: Maintain R2, e-Stewards, or R2/RIOS recycling certification and applicable electronics-handling permits.
Pricing: Provide separate all-inclusive rates per ton (2,000 pounds) for TVs/monitors and mixed electronics, plus a shipping rate per trailer. Tonnage is verified using onsite scales.
Term: One year, with four optional annual renewals; initial pricing must remain firm for one year.
