What the job is
EOC displays: Retain and upgrade the existing 20-screen central video wall; replace two projector systems with direct-view displays at least 85 inches each; add three displays at least 60 inches each mirroring the central wall. Provide unified multi-window routing and three independent cable TV feeds.
Room systems: Replace Strategy Room and Conference Room projectors with appropriately sized commercial displays. Equip all three rooms with standardized touchscreens, cameras, room-wide microphones, speakers, echo cancellation, conferencing, network recording, and remote paging. Include an EOC wireless lavalier and multiple Conference Room cameras.
Connectivity and furniture: Provide one HDMI/USB-C wireless presentation puck per room. Retain Strategy Room table connections; replace the Conference Room tabletop with matching integrated connectivity. Coordinate 12 Cisco Webex cordless phones, charging/storage, and existing three-line rollover compatibility.
Installation: Include design, equipment, cabling, electrical work, ventilated racks, programming, removal, restoration, commissioning, training, and as-built documentation. Preserve all EOC whiteboard area and at least 75% in each other room.
Schedule and support: Complete by May 31, 2027. Include one year of software support, subscriptions, and workmanship warranty; critical EOC support requires a one-hour callback and next-business-day on-site response. Price optional upgrades separately.
Required site survey: October 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern. Attendance requires pre-registration, which closed October 5, 2026, at noon.
