Bundle: Include a protective case, mobile device management, and four-year warranty and accidental damage protection covering defects, battery replacement, and replacement when repair is not feasible.
Management and support: Centralized administration, application deployment, inventory, remote configuration, lock/wipe, and updates; include deployment assistance, training, and repair/replacement turnaround times.
Delivery: Annual ordering March 15–July 15, with fulfillment by August 15 and shipping held until July 1 or later when requested.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive per-device bundle price, model specifications, and volume rebates. Devices must be supplied by their original equipment manufacturer.
