Scope: Assess and refresh the current strategic plan for January 2027 through June 2030.
Engagement: Facilitate interviews, focus groups, surveys, and planning sessions with leadership, board members, and designated staff.
Deliverables: Develop a measurable strategic framework, goals, KPIs, implementation roadmap, Board presentation materials, launch communications, and a publication-ready final plan with editable source files.
Experience: At least five years of relevant strategic planning or comparable consulting experience, preferably with school districts or similarly complex organizations.
Budget: Total engagement cost must not exceed $100,000, inclusive of professional fees, travel, facilitation, design, and other required costs.
