Insurance

• Workers' Compensation at Louisiana statutory limits, plus Employer's Liability with a minimum limit of $1,000,000. (Solicitation document, p. 32)
• Certificate of Insurance showing Errors and Omissions liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. (Solicitation document, p. 32)

Set-aside and participation goals

Contract term
