Routine cleaning: Floors, restrooms, dusting, glass, trash and recycling, and dispenser restocking; hourly restroom checks, weekly floor buffing, monthly interior window and vent cleaning, and semiannual blind vacuuming.
Additional services: Quote carpet shampooing for 900 sq. ft. and stripping/waxing for 19,435 sq. ft. separately per occurrence, as requested; floor finishing requires at least three coats.
Pricing: Provide a monthly total and rate per square foot, including labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and all fees. Use neutral-pH cleaners and disinfectants labeled effective against MRSA; no bleach.
Staff screening: Include employee background checks and drug screening costs.
Mandatory site visit: November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the address above, with a required meeting followed immediately by the walkthrough.
