ScopeRemove trees and brush around drainage structures, ditches, bridges, and roadside walls; haul away debris and include disposal fees.
Cutting and treatmentCut vegetation 3 inches or less in diameter at ground level and larger trees less than 2 inches above ground. Apply approved stump treatment to prevent regrowth; no ground sterilants.
Crew and scheduleProvide 2–4 workers, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, for approximately 26 weeks. Quote per worker-hour, including tools, supervision, chemicals, PPE, and traffic control. Travel, hauling, and traffic control setup/removal time are not billable.
Equipment pricingProvide daily rates for a brush chipper with towing truck, skid steer with grapple, skid steer with forestry tool, dump truck, aerial bucket truck, and self-loading grapple truck with at least 40 cubic yards capacity and 15-foot reach. Include transportation.
Estimated annual quantities1,560 crew-hours; chipper/truck 52 days; each skid steer configuration 13 days; dump truck 15 days; bucket truck 3 days; grapple truck 5 days; flagger 6 hours. Quote flaggers separately per hour. Quantities are estimates.
