What the job is
Trash carts: Six 90- or 95-gallon carts with wheels, handles, and lids; weekly pickup.
Trash dumpsters: Metal containers with lids: two 3-yard units serviced weekly and two twice weekly; two 6-yard units serviced weekly, one with casters; five 8-yard units serviced weekly, two with barlocks serviced twice weekly, and one serviced three times weekly.
Recycling: Four 90- or 95-gallon carts with wheels, handles, and lids serviced as needed; four 3-yard metal dumpsters with casters and lids and one 8-yard metal dumpster with a lid serviced weekly.
Service requirements: Supply and deliver containers; retrieve carts from their designated locations and return them after collection. Respond to requests received by 10:00 a.m. the same day and later requests the next day. Correct missed pickups within 24 hours and replace damaged containers at no additional charge.
Term: One year, with four optional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
Pricing: Provide monthly rates per container for each service frequency, pickup and overfill fees, and a pickup schedule. Include delivery and disposal costs; quantities are estimates.
