Environmental planning: Environmental assessments, categorical exclusions (CATEX), and waterway determinations.
Plans and policies: DBE/ACDBE and Title VI plan development and implementation; revisions to airport rules, minimum standards, and ground lease and development policies.
Development studies: Economic impact studies, business planning, land acquisition strategy, and airport layout and capital improvement plan updates.
Project support: Grant administration through closeout, independent fee estimates, effectiveness reporting, and public outreach.
