Facility: 10,647 square feet on one floor, including about 8,000 square feet of carpet, 1,700 of LVT flooring, and 300 of VCT flooring.
Schedule: Monday–Friday after 5:00 PM CST on office operating days, excluding holidays and weekends; anticipated start January 1, 2027.
Daily cleaning: Vacuum and spot-clean carpets; sweep and mop hard floors; sanitize restrooms and break rooms; replenish restroom supplies; empty trash; dust surfaces; clean entrances and entrance glass.
Periodic cleaning: Buff floors, clean interior windows, and dust high surfaces monthly; scrub floors and clean partitions, walls, air grilles, and light fixtures quarterly; strip and wax floors and fully clean carpets twice yearly, with high-traffic carpet cleaned more often as needed.
Initial cleaning: Complete the first quarterly and twice-yearly cleaning services within 30 days of starting.
Staffing: Provide all labor, an on-site working supervisor, commercial equipment, cleaning supplies, trash liners, and restroom supplies; all assigned personnel need Kansas criminal history checks.
