Scope: As-needed electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing.
Systems: 480V and 208/120V distribution, switchgear, panels, breakers, transformers, motor controls, wiring, lighting, low-voltage raceways, and electrical locating; interior, exterior, and underground work.
Coverage: 24/7 availability. Emergency acknowledgment within 30 minutes and arrival within 2 hours; urgent acknowledgment within 2 hours and work within 24 hours; routine acknowledgment within 24 hours and work starting within 3 business days.
Qualifications: Iowa-licensed Master Electrician supervision, required permits, and a physical commercial facility within Zone 3; nearby bordering locations may be considered.
Term and warranty: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with potential annual renewals for up to five years; one-year workmanship and materials warranty.
Pricing: Include service labor rates, material pricing, and flat trip fees for one-way distances of 0–30, 31–60, and 61+ miles. Travel time cannot be billed separately.
