What the job is
Programs: Support Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and Indiana PathWays for Aging.
Member services: Provide unbiased plan counseling, enrollment and plan changes, outbound calls, and member notices.
Helpline: Staff a live helpline Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, with capacity for at least 12,000 calls per month and language and accessibility support.
Systems and reporting: Maintain a call routing system, member database, enrollment data exchange, and performance reports.
Term: Four years, with up to two one-year extensions.
