What the job is
Qualifications: Licensed MD or DO with current nationally recognized MRO certification and required five-year requalification training.
Direct performance: The reviewing physician must be directly employed by your company or provide services as an individual practitioner. No subcontracting is permitted.
Scope: Receive Quest laboratory results, review positive pre-employment and DOT/CDL drug tests, conduct required interviews, and promptly report verified determinations to the designated employer representative.
Compliance: Follow 49 CFR Part 40, Subpart G, including applicable verification deadlines, chain of custody, recordkeeping, and required negative-result quality reviews.
Estimated volume: 125 pre-employment reviews and 24 DOT driver reviews annually over five years. Please provide pricing per review for each category and any additional fees.
