What the job is
Term and pricing: One year, with possible renewals up to five years total. Include all labor, equipment, materials, ice melt, and disposal costs.
Grounds care: Weekly trimming and edging; weed control; seasonal pruning of trees and shrubs under 15 feet; debris removal each visit; and one spring and one fall cleanup annually. Landscaping hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Irrigation and treatments: Spring sprinkler startup, fall blowout, regular irrigation monitoring, pest and disease control, and at least two lawn fertilizer applications annually. Chemical applications require a current Idaho Professional Pesticide Applicator license holder or their direct supervision.
Snow and ice: Clear sidewalks and entrances at ½-inch accumulation and parking lots and driveways at 1 inch, completing weekday removal before 8:00 AM Pacific Time. Weekend and holiday removal is required at 2 inches. Respond within two hours of contact for major storms or unsafe ice; prioritize accessible spaces, access routes, and fire lanes.
