What the job is
Bulk oxygen: USP-grade liquid oxygen, estimated 320,000 CF annually, for a facility-owned 1,500-gallon tank. Keep-fill service Mondays and Fridays as needed, with flexible additional deliveries. Provide compatible fill connections; tractor-trailer access is available.
Telemetry: Ability to receive reorder alerts and deliver within 2–4 business days.
Cylinder rentals and fills: Approximately 70 E-size and 8 H-size rentals monthly, with estimated annual fills of 400 E-size and 80 H-size cylinders. Supply USP-grade oxygen, exchange empty cylinders as needed, and provide strapped carrying devices for E cylinders and storage racks for both sizes.
Reserve system: As-needed swaps of customer-owned cylinders for a 6x6 high-pressure, double-sided reserve manifold.
Inspections: Inspect the bulk tank and reserve manifold within two weeks of service start and annually thereafter; submit reports within one week. Include annual resident-room oxygen port certifications under NFPA 99; port count requires clarification because the scope lists “sixty-four (46).”
Pricing: Provide fully inclusive pricing for one year, including delivery and transportation, with four optional annual renewals. Quantities are estimates; please identify rental and fill unit rates.
