What the job is
Pickup schedule: Refuse on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; green waste on Friday. Pickups between 5:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with escorted access and vehicle inspections.
Estimated volume: 612 cubic yards of refuse and 100 cubic yards of green waste per month.
Service period: Twelve months beginning December 1, 2026; replacement provider must deliver containers by November 9, 2026.
Maintenance: Maintain and replace containers as needed; clean every four weeks off-site. Emergency pickups required within 24 hours of notification.
Pricing: Provide separate all-inclusive rates per cubic yard for refuse and green waste, including labor, containers, equipment, transportation, disposal fees, surcharges, and taxes.
