What the job is
Platform: Maintain and upgrade the exchange, including patient matching, longitudinal health records, real-time notifications, and bidirectional data sharing.
Provider onboarding: Connect and support at least 75 health record users, 28 data suppliers, and 5 notification service participants during the initial term.
Support and security: Provide Hawaii-based onboarding and help desk support, data quality management, privacy safeguards, and security assessments.
Pricing: Break out implementation, ongoing operations, provider support, and optional annual extension costs. The initial term is October 30, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
