Fire pump: Furnish and install a new pump and controller with transfer switch. Original specifications: 750 GPM, 162 ft head, 50 HP, 480V, three-phase.
Jockey pump: Furnish and install a new pump and controls. Original specifications: 10 GPM, 162 ft head, 1.5 HP, 480V, three-phase, 3,450 RPM.
Installation: Include new piping, valves, related equipment, and an electrician for disconnection and rewiring.
Startup and permits: Include startup with a factory representative present and required building permits.
Verification and schedule: Verify existing equipment before replacement; data plates are difficult to read. Complete work within 90 calendar days of authorization to start.
