What the job is
Term: January 1–December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
Service: Provide metered taxis, licensed drivers, and equipment for every arriving flight, including delayed flights, with a maximum average passenger wait of 10 minutes.
Staffing: Provide on-site dispatchers for at least 75% of arriving flights and supervisor coverage from 30 minutes before the first arrival until 30 minutes after the last.
Fleet: Quote vehicles no more than five years old; include fleet size, make, model, year, mileage, and passenger capacity. Vehicles must have climate control, luggage space, and twice-yearly safety inspections.
Passenger needs: Provide child safety seats and arrange timely wheelchair-accessible transportation.
Insurance: $1 million general liability per occurrence, $1 million automobile coverage per accident, statutory workers’ compensation, and $1 million professional liability per occurrence if available.
Pricing: Include proposed monthly concession and departure trip fees, with minimums of $1,200 per month and $4.75 per trip. Estimated volume is 3,000 trips annually.
