Pump: One Cornell 6612T-RP-QSF2.8 6-inch diesel pump with 6-inch female and male Bauer connections.
Hoses: One 6-inch × 20-foot rubber suction hose section and one 4-inch × 10-foot rubber suction hose section.
Fittings: One each: Y fitting with two 4-inch male camlocks and a 4-inch female camlock stem; 6-inch QC 90-degree bend; 6 × 4-inch QC reducer; and 6-inch QC strainer.
Service: Include fuel, delivery, setup, assembly, dismantling, and pickup. Delivery required within seven calendar days of each order.
Pricing: Itemize equipment and service charges, state the rental period covered, and provide fixed rates for one year. Rentals are expected approximately two to three times annually at each location.
