Services: Project administration, title work, appraisals and reviews, acquisition negotiations, closings, relocation assistance, and property disposal coordination.
Staffing: A nine-person team, including a title specialist, two appraisers, two review appraisers, three acquisition agents, and a relocation specialist. Appraisers must hold active Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licenses.
Work schedule: Services are assigned as needed over an initial three-year term, with two possible one-year extensions.
