FabricHerwlite Products Inc. Patio 500 vinyl-laminated polyester or approved equal, with a matte, linen-like finish; waterproof and resistant to mildew, UV, high humidity, and corrosive wastewater facility conditions.
HardwareType 316 stainless steel by SolaMesh or approved equal, or pre-coated galvanized steel, suitable for corrosive conditions.
DimensionsListed frame dimensions are 13 ft × 7 ft projection × 2 ft 6 in high and 56 ft × 32 ft projection × 5 ft 10 in high. Verify all measurements and existing conditions on site before quoting.
Work hoursMonday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
WarrantyMinimum one-year workmanship and installation warranty and five-year manufacturer’s fabric warranty.
PricingProvide a lump-sum installation price and separately identify a $2,500 allowance for authorized unforeseen conditions, reimbursable at actual cost without markup.
