Reporting: Biweekly progress reports with hours by examiner and workstream; provide supporting workpapers within five working days after fieldwork concludes.
Schedule: Estimated examination start by December 14, 2026, and completion November 30, 2027; one year of follow-up availability at the same hourly rates.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by staff role, estimated hours, and any travel costs separately. Supply your own computers and equipment.
Data security: Protect confidential records, encrypt transmissions, and store and access restricted data within the continental United States.
