What the job is
Mowing: Cut grass to 3 inches, including overgrowth exceeding 3 feet and heavy underbrush. Trim areas inaccessible to mowers and clear clippings from paved surfaces.
Debris: Remove and haul trash, tires, car parts, and mobile home or burned structure remnants.
Equipment: Bush hog and commercial mower required, plus a truck or trailer capable of hauling at least 1,000 pounds. Some sites have walk-through gate access only.
Disposal: Use Hernando County Northwest Waste Management Facility; provide separate weight slips and disposal charges for each property.
Pricing: Quote per lot for less than 1/4 acre, 1/4–1 acre, and over 1 acre; per debris load for up to 250 pounds, 251–500 pounds, and 501–1,000 pounds. Include all labor, materials, equipment, hauling, and disposal costs.
Schedule: As-needed services over a three-year term, with no guaranteed volume. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
