What the job is
Locations: Medians in front of Wendy’s, Village Square Shopping Center, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and Krystal Restaurant; the Krystal median is grass only.
Term: One year starting January 2027, with two optional one-year renewals.
Maintenance: Mow and remove litter twice monthly; weed, trim, edge, fertilize, and clean landscaped beds, and trim Sabal palms as needed. Include off-site waste disposal.
Mulch: Maintain consistent 3–4-inch coverage, with re-mulching anticipated twice annually.
Flowers: Provide year-round flowering annuals or perennials at each island end, suitable to thrive for at least three months.
Irrigation: Inspect twice monthly; include inspections in the quote. Authorized repairs are billed separately.
Included costs: All labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, and traffic control meeting Florida Department of Transportation maintenance-of-traffic practices.
