What the job is
Breakroom: Install commercial base cabinets, laminate countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet with plumbing connections, water-resistant commercial laminate plank flooring, and 4-inch vinyl cove base. Provide refrigerator power/water connections, relocate the existing 220V receptacle, and provide appliance circuits and GFCI receptacles.
Office reconfiguration: Install metal-framed drywall partitions to the drop ceiling, modify wall openings, salvage and reuse the existing door for the new office entrance, infill its former opening, relocate the access-control reader, and provide outlets, LED lighting, and separate switching.
Finishes and systems: Include demolition, patching, painting, ceiling restoration, required sprinkler and life-safety modifications, permits, inspections, testing, cleanup, and a minimum one-year warranty.
Site coordination: Verify dimensions and existing conditions; protect occupied areas and allow for evening/weekend work. Mandatory site meeting: October 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the project location.
