What the job is
Assessment: Review insurance assets, premiums, allocations, coverage gaps, and overall risk for an existing self-insured pool arrangement.
Coverage: Workers' compensation, employers' liability, property including windstorm, rental income loss, extra expense, airport, public officials and employment practices, fiduciary, storage tank, law enforcement, cyber crime, and inland marine.
Services: Develop and administer a competitive insurance proposal process; evaluate proposals, policies, and costs; provide negotiation support, recommendations, and presentations; and prepare annual premium allocations.
Term: Three years, with two optional one-year renewals.
Insurance: Professional liability coverage of $2 million per occurrence.
Pricing: Itemize the initial asset and coverage review separately from remaining services, include costs for optional service additions or removals, and provide a completion timeline. Travel expenses are not reimbursable.
