Testing: Five-panel urine drug screening and confirmation, split-specimen testing, and breath/blood alcohol testing for CDL and non-CDL employees. Includes pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing.
Estimated annual volume: 375 random urine tests, 220 pre-employment urine tests, 90 breath alcohol tests, 40 return-to-duty drug tests, 45 non-CDL drug tests, and 5 split-specimen tests; approximately 680 CDL drivers covered.
Coverage: Collection sites in all 67 counties, within 15 miles of urban facilities or 30 miles of rural facilities; at least two sites each in Broward, Dade, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Pinellas counties.
Availability: Weekday collections, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. where available; 24/7 emergency coordination with callbacks within 30 minutes, plus out-of-state collections as requested.
Support: Certified laboratory services, certified Medical Review Officer, Substance Abuse Professional access, random selection management, annual Clearinghouse queries, secure reporting, collection supplies, and overnight specimen transport.
Pricing: Please provide per-test rates, administrative and ancillary fees, and hourly rates for SAP services, consulting, and expert testimony.
